LOCATION: North Vancouver BC (Hybrid or Remote)

We are looking for a project administrator who has strong communication skills, can multitask effectively, and is comfortable working on a team in a fast-paced environment, and most importantly aligns with our team core values (Safety, Wellbeing, Respect, Quality, Collaborate, Growth Mindset). This position is based in the lower mainland and is responsible for preparing project documentation, submittal packages, tracking project budgets, and maintaining project schedules.

Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of typing and word processing and clerical duties in preparation of documents such as reports, memos, letters, and other correspondence
- Participate in project meetings to record and distribute minutes
- Assist in the assembly and preparation of transmittals (e.g., drawing packages) and in the management of contractor submittals
- Assist in the tracking of project budgets, schedules and progress, continuously updating project calendars
- Assist both internal and external stakeholders with purchasing and shipping of logistics equipment
- Assist managers with review, coordination and creation of vendor invoices, purchase orders, change orders, and allocation of budget.
Who we are looking for:
- High School graduation
- Certificate, diploma or degree in business administration or equivalent, would be an asset
- Minimum 3 years’ related work experience
- Experience working with SAP, would be an asset
- Advanced typing skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Advanced English skills for professional environment, written and spoken

Compensation:
Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including skillset, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. The salary range for this role is from $65K to $75K per annum.
